This video has been circulating since around 2007, but there is surprisingly little information to go with it.

Some people claim that it was taken by a soldier in the 101st airborne, but they appear to be copying the description of a similar substantiated video showing the 101st taking sustained fire while moving in an armored vehicle.

All we know here is that an American life was saved by an armored window, because as the soldier says about the sniper in this video “holy shit, that guy’s dialed in!”
