The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana is offering a course geared towards teaching kids about gun safety. Introducing the youth to firearms the right way with education rather than brainwashing as Eric Holder wanted.
Shreveport Times reports the course is set to provide basic instruction for those who have never fired a gun, but want to learn to safely use firearms. The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office said the course is also recommended for children who will receive new BB guns, shotguns or hunting rifles this Christmas.
This is a great idea that should be borrowed by other agencies around the country.
