Sue California Over the Prop. 63 Magazine Ban

Last year, Lt. Gov Gavin Newsom spent millions of dollars to pass his Proposition 63 gun control scheme and ban law-abiding gun owners from possessing standard-capacity (“large-capacity”) magazines in the State of California….even legally-possessed “grandfathered” magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.

Gavin’s total, confiscatory magazine ban goes into effect on July 1, 2017.

We believe that the Second Amendment protects your right to buy and keep these factory-standard firearm parts — even in California.

“…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

That’s why our attorneys are hard at work — right now — on a lawsuit to block Prop. 63’s magazine ban from going into effect.

But we need to know if you stand with FPC in this lawsuit.
