Initially composed and created by the Japanese Army, the Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun is an important weapon of WW2. It saw use during the WW2, both in the hands of Japanese troopers and, one a few events, in the hands of their enemies.
This weapon was an improved variant of the Type 3 Heavy Machine Gun – a comparable gun, however with a higher caliber. It was typically mounted on a tripod and used by groups of three soldiers, and it could shoot at a rate of 450 rounds for minute.
The weapon gained a significant notoriety and was known by different names among the troopers who were not very happy when it was used against them.
