KY joins growing list of states considering Constitutional Carry

Joining states like Indiana, South Dakota, North Dakota, South Carolina, Michigan, and Texas, Kentucky legislators are currently considering a bill that would make the Second Amendment the only “permit” needed to keep and bear arms.

That’s right. Constitutional Carry could be coming to Kentucky THIS YEAR.

SB7, sponsored by Senators Albert Robinson (R), C.B. Embry Jr. (R), Dennis Parrett (D), and Majority Floor Leader Damon Thayer (R), would “allow persons not otherwise prohibited by other laws to carry concealed weapons without a license, excluding certain prohibited locations…”

The National Association for Gun Rights is on top of Constitutional Carry efforts all around the country.

This year is ripe with opportunities to go on the offensive and take back our gun rights.
